Gina and Christine have been nothing but wonderful in my journey to Grenada. Helping me find a place and get everything set up while I was in the states and then getting here and resolving the few issues the same day I arrived. They have been just short of amazing in helping me and my kitty get settled into our place and any problems that have come up in the last year. My rental experience has been quite lovely

I have used Island Reality services for over seven years. When I first arrived in Grenada, they helped me find an apartment to my liking fairly quickly because of their expertise and knowledge of the rental property available. About five years ago, they also helped me find a rental house where I still reside to this day. Over the past 5 years, Gina and Christine have been extremely helpful in managing the property and even looking after it in my absence from the island. Moreover, they have always responded promptly to any maintenance issues that needed attention at the house. Overall, I believe Island Reality and its staff (including pool service and gardener) are professional, helpful and dependable. I would therefore, highly recommend them to anyone looking to relocate to Grenada.

Gina and Christine are surely professional, both to tenants and landlords. From issuing receipts for rent-paid, to coordinating timely repairs, they take pride in their work, the properties they handle, and in their island. By way of example, our building had a pump fail and literally the next day Gina hand-carries a large cast-iron pump to our building. Herself. So the plumber could make an after-hours repair. To make sure tenants didn’t go the weekend without water. Cable went down once and Christine goes into Flow to handle the matter personally. Cable back up same day. If you are a tenant, that’s what you want. If you’re a landlord, that’s what you need. Island Reality operates online banking/rent payment if you have a local bank account, so that’s even better if you have that set-up. They’re a good team. My privilege working with you folks during my years there.

I was badly let down by someone else when Gina was recommended to me. I’ve now been dealing with her for almost 10 years and couldn’t be happier. Always highly professional, and organised, I know I can rely on her. Frankly I wouldn’t consider using anyone else but Island Reality.
