Morgan Villa is a delightful and private Caribbean style villa in superb gardens and a truly marvelous bay setting. The villa accommodates four people in absolute comfort. The Villa has 2 air-conditioned twin bedrooms each with an en-suite shower and toilet. The living room opens onto a large veranda overlooking the gardens, bay and sea beyond. There is a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave and coffee maker. There is also a beautiful ‘saline’ swimming pool, much less salty than sea water and without the continual addition of chlorine. Located on Ocean Breeze Drive, a cul-de-sac on a small, discreet peninsula in the Coral Cove area of Lance Aux Epines, less than 10 minutes from the airport, beaches, bars and restaurants and is within easy reach of the shops, banks, restaurants.

Rates are in US$ and are for Morgan Villa, with accommodation for up to four adult guests and include full maid and laundry services (except Sundays) without any additional service charge, but staff gratuities are welcomed at guests’ discretion. Cooking and babysitting are available at nominal additional cost, paid directly to the housekeeper. An infant’s travel cot and high chair are available. Initial provisioning is available and charged at cost. Rental includes arrival transfer from the airport to the villa, however guests are responsible for the return transfer to the airport at the end of their stay. A 25% deposit will secure your reservation and is non-returnable in the event of cancellation within 16 weeks prior to your booking, unless a direct replacement booking is found. The balance is payable 35 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
