CS033: Bel Air Plantation Resort in St. David Belair, St. David, Grenada

Bel Air Plantation is a secluded hideaway, which in the recent past offered a unique level of privacy in the convenience of a resort setting. Nestled on a hillside overlooking a secluded bay and the Atlantic Ocean, the property originally consisted of 11 cottages, a large infinity edge pool, plus the harbour side market, restaurant, gift shop and guest services/reception area. The rooms at Bel Air comprise: 9 one-bedroom cottages and 2 two-bedroom villas, strategically positioned to offer spectacular views of the ocean, the bay, peninsulas across the harbour and evening sunsets. Several have the added bonus of lush mountain vistas.

The former in-house restaurant is a two-story octagonal shaped building sitting on the waterfront.   The first level comprised a bar and covered verandah dining area. It is to be noted that an appraisal was carried out on the property in 2011 when the buildings were in their prime.  The market value then was estimated at just over US$9,000,000.00.
